In accordance with a Site Memo received from the client to BC3 Solutions, there were water seepage issues on several units particularly after a heavy rain.

We have followed up with a close visual inspection on the windows externally for the above affected units and found that almost all rooms were affected with deteriorating sealant. We proposed to get the sealant works done immediately for rectification. There is no defect on our sealant works on the external window panels and it was sealed off completely as per contract agreement.
