Description
BC3 Solutions was engaged by SBM Management to carry out warehouse dry cleaning SS499:2015 on 28th July 2020. The areas/location of works covered is noted below as per contractual basis:
– Clean high ceiling cobwebs and horizontal trusses
– Cleaning all racking safety guard rails (Rack A to Rack G)
– Clean all rack beams at eye level and rack guards (Rack A to Rack G)
– Clean Emergency Exit Door
– Clean common washing area
– Clean window panels behind Rack A
BC3 Solutions and SBM Management partnered up to provide a breakdown in the tender exercise, including the location of works for affected areas and the details of the specific locations to be cleaned.
BC3 Solutions was provided with the work schedules for work areas to be carried out in conjunction with Workplace Safety and Health. We have completed the site inspection for both buildings and worksites. Pre-work documents were submitted on time, acknowledging the general requirement and workmanship.
Summary
BC3 Solutions has completed the scope of works requested by SBM Management in fulfilling the contract terms virtually and in a safe timed manner without compromising on the standards and adhering to the client requirements and procedures.
A total of 3 days was spent on completion for the building areas utilizing our group of a qualified and experienced team.
After cleaning works for various locations, the general condition is satisfactory after the area representatives’ inspection was done.
Below detail the photos during the cleaning work. We have met with the Client requirement, and all involved were informed of our progress from start to end of the cleaning contract.
