BC3 Solutions has performed Load Testing and thorough Visual Inspection in accordance to the respective standards and regulations i.e; Singapore Standard SS570:2011. The tests and stamping on the aluminum plates takes 8 days in total to complete from 27th June to 7th July 2017.
The load tests were carried out using our Hydrajaws Kit and conventional hydraulic hand pump that comes with a calibrated measuring device (10,000 PSI Pressure Gauge), a 10mT hydraulic cylinder with a 60mm stroke height and a pair of carbon steel jig. In accordance to the standards given, all tests were carried out with a static hold for more than 15 seconds on each bolt.
The whole course of this project was completed in a safe and timely manner. We are pleased to engage BC3 Solutions as the final outcome was what we have expected.
